Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with a product, contact us within 30 days of receipt. A refund will be arranged excluding freight charges upon inspection. Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, and in resalable condition and are subject to 15% restocking fee. BEFORE returning product, call (866) 554-8838 (UFO) for a Return Merchandise Authorization (Once you receive the RA# it must be post marked within 14 business days of RA's issue date.). UFO Infrared Technology inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, misused or non-resalable items.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) All returns require an RMA number which must be arranged in advance at ((866) 554-8838 (UFO). Please have the following information on hand when calling:

Customer name
Invoice number
Serial number (if applicable)
Reason for return

Your only obligation is the freight charge and stocking fee where applicable, provided your return is complete with original packaging, all documentation, warranty cards, cables etc. UFO Infrared Technology reserves the right to authorize product returns after 30 days have passed from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after this period, it is subject to a 15% restocking fee and credit will be issued toward future purchase only. Leased items are not returnable.

We are closed all statutory holidays in Canada.

Shipping and Handling
For all returns, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on the returned merchandise and should ship the product using a method that allows the package to be traced. The shipment should also be insured. No COD packages will be accepted

Limitations of Liability
In no event shall UFO Infrared Technology or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. 

Warranty Limitations 
Except as specifically set forth herein UFO Infrared Technology makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and conformity to models or samples. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties so these limitations may not apply to you. The warranties set forth herein give you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
